Maintenance
Contract Service Option:
Our
flexible maintenance agreements are tailored to your
customer’s operational needs and demands
The agreement requires all units to be properly
functioning, signed maintenance agreement forms returned,
and complete payment of maintenance contract invoice before
agreement commences
Cereous Maintenance Contracts cover all parts and labor
required to maintain unit (s) according to
manufacturers'
specifications and customer programs reloaded; excluding
user abuse
Customer assumes responsibility for properly
packaging equipment and shipping costs incurred to send unit
(s)
to the Laboratory for service
Cereous Laboratory Services will incur freight charges for
the return shipment of equipment back to customer via
UPS-Ground or equivalent. Options for upgraded shipping
methods available at additional cost
